Early Voting Happy Hour

Campuses and community groups have copied it because the logic is simple. People are far more likely to do something slightly inconvenient if their friends are doing it too, and if there's something fun waiting on the other side.

Pick the first Saturday of early voting for the energy. Line up a casual venue within walking distance of the polls, ask a few people to bring music and food, and make a concrete ask: “Meet at 2, we go vote, drinks after.”
